1. Product Builder: Systems over features

My background is computer science, I work in multiple roles such as product management, business analysis, product analyst,... in financial & banking domain.

To me, good product work is forensic by:

• Identifying where human effort is wasted in administrative black holes & optimizing boring processes. I love building useful stuffs that genuinely respects people's time & experience.
• When we organize clean information & structure, we free people to focus on higher-order creative work.

2. Value Investor: Be patient enough to survive

My approach to finance is grounded in classic value investing. It is not about timing market noise, momentum chasing or just... gambling! It is about understanding the meaning, assessing competitive moats and maintaining a strict Margin of Safety while investing in any company.

This discipline isn't limited to stock investment; it governs how I spend my time, energy & attention as well.

My career, relationships, especially my mental health all have balance sheets which require careful capital allocation.

3. Manaaki Scholar: Go global & comeback

Receiving the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship to pursue a Master of Business Information Systems at the University of Canterbury was not just an achievement. It was the culmination of many years of reflection on how the correctness & the transparency of information systems can serve community development in Vietnam.

I write about this journey not to "flex" this milestone, but to provide a transparent, step-by-step roadmap for young generations Vietnam who want to access global knowledge and back to Vietnam to solve real domestic challenges.
